La Liga have confirmed that Raphinha has won the Player of the Season prize for the 2024/25 campaign, beating out the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal. The Real Madrid superstar scored 31 goals in 34 games and provided three assists, while Yamal, Raphinha's team-mate, scored nine and registered 15 assists.

Raphinha, by comparison, scored 18 goals and registered 11 assists as Barca stormed to La Liga glory. Having been heavily linked with a move away last summer, the prize marks a significant milestone in his journey in Catalonia.

Raphinha won the Player of the Month award just once throughout the season but has now been honoured for his contribution across the season. His final goal involvements in 2024/25 came in El Clasico, scoring twice in their 4-3 win over Real Madrid.
